Payment in full via credit card will be required to book the property. Minnesota 12.375% State Tax applies along with a $150.00 cleaning fee. To book directly with us, use our Booking Form or contact heather@lutsenrentals.com if you have further questions. Our Terms and Conditions Agreement must also be signed and returned to us before the reservation is confirmed. Click here to view the Terms and Conditions Rental Agreement. Please print it out, fill in, sign, scan and email back the agreement to heather@lutsenrentals.com. There will be a $1000.00 damage deposit charged to your card and returned after checkout if there is no damage.  Repeat renters please contact us for a discount.

Please review calendar for dates available (booked dates blocked out in color). Please remember that although we will do our best to keep this current, the dates available may not be updated at the time you look. Email the specific dates (Saturday-Saturday) you are interested in booking and someone will get back to you right away with the property availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations due to weather will receive no refunds or rebates. If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. If you notify us by email of your cancellation more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, all monies will be returned.

If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your scheduled arrival, we will make every effort to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented for the same period of time, you will receive your refund in full. If only part of your reservation is re-rented, we will refund monies for each night booked, less the $30 booking fee. If after diligent effort, we are unable to re-rent the property, any advance payment will be forfeited. Simply not showing up without email notification will not be considered a cancellation. It will be considered a voluntary forfeiture.

In cases where a Reservation Confirmation Agreement is not completed and returned within the 6 business days the reservation is subject to cancellation and the cancellation policy applies. If you are concerned, we suggest you purchase travel insurance. Any travel protection claims are to be taken up with the policy holder.
