Lutsen Rentals Rates

Prices are per day. Holiday rates apply to the full weekend stay. Visa or MasterCard accepted. One night rental fee must be paid to hold reservation for weekly or weekend rentals.

 CANCELLATION POLICY Notice more than 14 days from arrival date= full deposit refund less $30.00 admin fee. Notice more than 30 days from a holiday date= full deposit refund less $30.00 admin fee. No refund will be given if cancellation is less than the above times or on Christmas or New Years booking unless we are able to completely re-book that time.  All refunds will be less the $30.00 administration fee.
